Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and communication-driven Tele Caller to assist bank and financial institution customers with debit and credit card activation processes.
The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, guiding customers through activation steps, verifying customer details, resolving basic queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience while following banking compliance and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers regarding debit/credit card activation.
- Assist customers in activating cards through phone banking, mobile apps, SMS, IVR, or online banking platforms.
- Verify customer identity as per bank security and KYC guidelines.
- Explain card usage, PIN generation, and basic card features.
- Handle customer queries related to card activation issues.
- Update customer interaction details in CRM or banking systems.
- Follow up with customers for pending activations.
- Escalate technical or fraud-related concerns to the relevant department.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with banking regulations.
- Achieve daily calling and activation targets.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of banking products and card services.
Customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to speak politely and professionally.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer operations.
Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
