Role overview
Seeking a Tekla Modeler with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience to create accurate 3D structural and miscellaneous steel models, shop drawings, and fabrication details.
The role calls for strong Tekla Structures experience and a solid understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed Tekla Structures 3D models for structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- Produce fabrication drawings, erection drawings, GA drawings, and CNC/NC files.
- Interpret architectural and structural blueprints, specifications, and engineers’ notes.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, fabricators, and detailers to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve clashes, design conflicts, and modeling issues.
- Manage revisions and ensure drawings follow company standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and file organization.
- Assist with RFI creation, model updates, and design changes.
- Support field teams with additional details or clarifications as needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
- Strong experience with Tekla Structures.
- Solid understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes.
