Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily steel fabrication activities.
- Interpret structural and fabrication drawings and ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with design, quality control, and procurement teams.
- Implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and improve productivity.
- Monitor progress against deadlines and quality specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in steel fabrication or the structural steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding procedures, and material standards.
- Familiarity with fabrication machinery and tools.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Immediate joining, within one week.
