Sr. QA/QC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled **Sr.
QA/QC Engineer** to lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities for our projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all work complies with applicable standards, client requirements, and company quality policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards
- Monitor project quality performance and ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality reviews
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants on quality-related matters
- Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection reports
- Lead and manage QA/QC team on-site and in fabrication
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of quality activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC (preferably in steel fabrication/construction)
- Mandatory certifications: CSWIP, BGAS, NDT ASNT Level II
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in structural steel fabrication and site projects
