Jobot is hiring an experienced agency recruiter for a Technology Recruiter role.
The role supports both client development and candidate recruitment in a full-desk recruiting model.
The company supports multiple recruiting specialties, including technology, accounting and finance, construction, and legal.
What You Will Do
- Bring in and retain clients through new business development and sales activity.
- Use the recruiting technology stack and custom ATS, Jax, to identify candidates for client openings.
- Manage client development and candidate recruitment across the full desk.
- Maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal partners.
- Work as a market expert across industries, skill sets, and geographies.
- Use Jax, Jeni, and other industry tools to work efficiently and remain competitive.
What You Bring
- At least two years of staffing agency experience.
- Proven full-desk recruiting expertise covering client development and candidate recruitment.
- A record of meeting or exceeding placement goals, revenue targets, and other performance metrics.
- Ability to nurture strong internal and external relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technology recruiting or experience with similar skill sets preferred.
- Applicant tracking system experience, including tools such as Bullhorn or Salesforce, preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
- Salary is listed at $75,000 to $500,000 per year.
- The compensation structure includes commission and bonuses tied to performance.
