Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support full-stack software.
- Build and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and data pipelines.
- Contribute to system architecture, infrastructure, and database design decisions.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
- Review code and promote engineering best practices.
- Support machine learning experimentation, testing, and model iteration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Bring 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Have strong full-stack development experience.
- Build and support distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud applications.
- Have hands-on cloud infrastructure and deployment experience.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Work extensively with technologies including Python, Django, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, AWS, relational databases, and event-driven architectures.
AI-Assisted Development
- Use modern AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, enhance testing, and increase productivity.
- Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-powered development platforms are relevant tools.
- Experience using Claude for code generation, refactoring, debugging, architecture, documentation, testing, and problem solving is highly valued.
Preferred Experience
- Machine learning and AI frameworks.
- Large-scale data processing and analytics platforms.
- Telephony, messaging, or communication APIs.
- Marketing technology integrations.
- HIPAA-compliant applications and healthcare technology environments.
Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 to $165,000 per year.
- Equity is offered in addition to salary.
