Technology Operations Management
- Oversee daily technology-related operations and workflows
- Ensure smooth coordination of digital systems and processes
Process & System Coordination
- Support implementation and maintenance of digital solutions
- Ensure alignment between operational needs and system capabilities
Performance Monitoring
- Track system performance and operational efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on system usage and operational outcomes
- Maintain accurate technical and operational records
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to support digital initiatives
- Ensure effective communication across departments
Experience
- 5–9 years of experience in technology operations, IT management, or related roles
Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with digital systems, automation, or enterprise platforms
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
