About This Role
1. Billing Platform Ownership (Core Mandate)
- Lead the design, development, and rollout of a unified billing system across all verticals
- Ensure seamless integration with operational platforms (WMS, TMS, OMS, YMS, etc.)
- Maintain and continuously enhance the platform to support evolving business needs
2. Business Partnership (Finance & Commercial)
- Act as the primary technology partner to Finance, Commercial, and Operations
- Translate financial and operational requirements into system capabilities
- Support pricing, costing, and contract billing models
- Work closely with Finance leadership on revenue visibility and reporting
3. Delivery Leadership & Execution
- Own backlog, prioritisation, and delivery of billing-related tech initiatives
- Ensure delivery meets timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement and agile delivery practices
4. Vendor & Platform Management
- Manage billing system vendors and technology partners (if SaaS/3rd party)
- Oversee contracts, SLAs, and performance
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of the platform
