Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assess initiatives requiring IT changes and analyse, test, and manage their dependencies, impacts, and risks.
• Represent Technology in change and transformation programmes and own relevant delivery tasks.
• Build scalable processes and lead projects from start to finish.
• Report to directors and stakeholders and resolve issues with management and stakeholders.

Candidate requirements

• At least 7 years’ experience in financial services or fintech, or at a leading technology or IT services provider.
• Programme and project management qualifications and in-depth knowledge of methods and principles.
• Risk management knowledge, including the three lines of defence model, and understanding of financial services technology and modern technology stacks.
• Knowledge of European financial services regulations including PSD2, GDPR, and the Digital Operational Resilience Act.
• Experience partnering with executives; retail banking background and familiarity with Revolut products and services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Consultancy experience in technology and change delivery is a plus.
• Experience building or scaling a financial services or fintech technology function is a plus.
• CCMP, ITIL, or PMP certifications are listed as nice to have.

Compensation

• For Krakow and Poland, the stated range is PLN 12,800–27,500 gross monthly.
• Compensation for other locations will be discussed during the interview process and is determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
