What you'll be doing

• Work across Technology and Product teams to analyse and better understand risk profiles.
• Design, implement, and test controls to help teams manage and reduce risk.
• Perform risk and control assessments and deep dives across product and technology teams, producing actionable insights.
• Manage risks proactively to limit major incidents, breaches, and technology non-compliance.
• Record, handle, and report risk incidents.
• Deliver data-driven technology risk reports and monitoring metrics, including KRIs and BCIs, to the Board and executive committees.
• Drive implementation and communication of operational risk policies and guidelines.
• Review and update ICT-related documentation.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, operations, software, hardware, data flows, change control, and access management and their organisational risk impact.
• Familiarity with products, services, and tooling related to technology product delivery, Agile, and Kanban.
• Ability to adapt communications to audiences and stakeholders, including 1LoD.
• Ability to define risk appetite and impact and identify risk likelihood.
• Ability to quickly assume responsibilities and practical experience interpreting and organising complex data.
• Experience supporting control testing for 1LoD.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Solid data and SQL skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of information security concepts, including access management, data protection, cloud security, infrastructure, and application security, is desirable.

Compensation range

• Krakow and Poland compensation is PLN 17,600–31,100 gross monthly.
• Compensation for other locations is discussed during interviews; final compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
