Overview
- Provide expertise in Dynamics AX functions.
- Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX application existing team in managing the ERP. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.
- Help the existing team to improve the performance of existing ERP and reducing bottlenecks to the application.
- Supports the Retail POS application existing team in managing the ERP/POS. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.
- Writing SQL Queries/Stored Procedures for supporting the business applications.
- Facilitate the decision-making process and help the Vendor in developing the functional design document that will drive the development process.
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing.
