Techno Functional Consultant
About This Role
Provide expertise in Dynamics AX functions.
Supports the Microsoft Dynamics AX application existing team in managing the ERP. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.
Help the existing team to improve the performance of existing ERP and reducing bottlenecks to the application.
Supports the Retail POS application existing team in managing the ERP/POS. This includes handling end user’s queries/issues, managing day to day operations, communicating with the business to understand their requirements.
Writing SQL Queries/Stored Procedures for supporting the business applications.
Facilitate the decision-making process and help the Vendor in developing the functional design document that will drive the development process.
Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing.
