This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bay Square in Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing direct executive support to the CEO.
This role serves as the CEO's trusted right hand, combining executive support with strategic client and stakeholder management.
The successful candidate will oversee complex calendars, communications, and business priorities while managing client relationships and coordinating regular travel across the UK and Europe.
This proactive, detail-oriented professional will handle confidential information with discretion, ensure seamless office and executive operations, and enable the CEO and leadership team to focus on strategic growth.
The role requires regular international travel opportunities across Europe.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support, preferably supporting C-level leaders.
- Proficiency in Diary Management, including complex calendar coordination across time zones and meeting logistics.
- Hands-on experience with Expense Reports and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document preparation, filing, and office coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace, calendar and conferencing platforms).
- Previous experience in Dubai or the wider GCC region is preferred; familiarity with local business practices is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
