Duties & Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components. Installs supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building Tests plumbing systems for leaks and other problems Performs inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts Maintain all building codes, installation requirements and relevant legislation. Administer and schedule work. Perform other related duties as required. Specific Accountabilities Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause
