Prepare and implement appropriate KPIs to relevant areas.
Review existing KPs and enforce improvement plans from average to good and to great performance.
Recommend improvement plans to raise KPI metrics.
Synthesize all KPIs into single clear report for internal and external reviews.
Prepare KPI process documentation and revise them in appropriate intervals.
Adopt and utilize LEAN/6-Sigma tools for process improvement.
Coordinate with QC and ISO team for gap analysis and action plans.
Develop training material and train subordinates to work towards
