Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and lubricating components.
Diagnose and repair faulty chiller components, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
Identify and resolve chiller system malfunctions.
Implement energy-saving measures, such as optimizing system settings and conducting energy audits.
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot chiller system issues.
Replace faulty components and calibrate system settings.
Perform system start-up and commissioning.
