Manage the section manpower Supervises; coordinates and advises Port captains and Superintendent Engineers, vessels' Masters and Chief Engineers.
Approves / plans crew training programs and certification.
Monitor cost against section s budget Prepares and follows-up the annual budget of Marine section.
Following Marine supplies and expenses within their operational requirements.
Follow up the maintenance schedules and monitor repairs Monitors need of the vessels in terms of repairs and maintenance and general condition.
Supervises all major repairs and safeguards that repairs are made
