Job Purpose
To install, maintain, and repair electric water heaters, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation: Install new electric water heaters according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure water heaters are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with electric water heaters, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining the operation and maintenance of water heaters.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs performed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum five years of experience in maintenance.
Language
Basic ability to speak and understand in Arabic and English.
