Job Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment. Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance for assigned targets, monitoring progress, and motivating the team. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally. Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays, layouts and updated price tags and align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions. Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock availability, coordinate with supply chain teams, to sell available stock. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management. Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings. Commitment to administrative guidance: Adherence to management instruction related to business needs. Education Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Management or relevant field Experience Minimum five years of experience in showroom management. Language Fluency in Arabic and English.
