The Tool Service Centre Technician is part of Hilti Emirates' Tool Service Centre team.
The role focuses on high-quality, fast, cost-effective repairs of Hilti tools.
Responsibilities
- Repair Hilti power tools across product segments, including grinders, rotary and combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, diamond tools, and measuring tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop proposals and solutions to improve repair quality, speed, and cost.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; an engineering degree is a plus.
- Experience in mechanical or electrical repairs.
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment to disassemble and assemble power tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, self-motivation, and willingness to contribute consistently to team productivity.
