Work with customers, Sales, and Finance to support timely payments, reduce commercial risk, and strengthen customer relationships.
The role reports to the Credit & Collection Manager and regularly visits customers.

Manage customer accounts and collections to support healthy cash flow.
Work with customers, Sales, and Finance to support timely payments, reduce commercial risk, and strengthen customer relationships.
The role reports to the Credit & Collection Manager and regularly visits customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage account reconciliations and respond to invoice and outstanding-balance inquiries.
- Assess credit applications and customer financial information; monitor credit exposure with internal stakeholders.
- Support credit and collection policies, negotiate payment terms, and assist with payment plans.
- Communicate receivables status, monitor payment trends, escalate risks, and recommend actions.
- Improve collection processes, maintain internal-control compliance, and handle challenging customer situations professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Credit & Collections, or a similar finance role.
- Experience evaluating financial information and understanding of credit practices, procedures, and risk analysis.
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency and hands-on SAP experience are required.
- UAE driving license; excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Collaborative, proactive approach with willingness to improve processes and adapt to change.
