Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the S/4HANA Logistics Competence Centre team and market deployment community; own rollout roadmap, priorities, resources, goals, and success measures.
• Represent logistics in programme governance and partner across process owners, IT, regional key users, and market leadership to align the global template with business needs.
• Assess readiness across processes, organization, data, integrations, testing, training, cutover, and operational continuity; manage design deviations through governance.
• Drive process design, testing, data validation, user acceptance, training, cutover preparation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and continuity measures; monitor adoption, compliance, data quality, performance, and value realization.
• Build market key-user and subject-matter-expert networks, report programme progress, and coordinate collaboration across logistics, sales, finance, IT, and other functions.

Experience and qualifications

• Strong end-to-end logistics and supply chain expertise, including understanding of SAP S/4HANA logistics processes.
• Proven experience leading complex business transformations, system implementations, or multi-market programmes.
• Strong project or programme management, change management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to standardize processes while balancing global requirements and local market needs.
• University degree in a technical or business-related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience leading teams and/or complex cross-functional projects.
• Excellent English communication skills and understanding of business interdependencies across logistics, sales, marketing, finance, procurement, customer service, and IT.
