Project Account Manager - Data Centre

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Own assigned data center project opportunities from early engagement through construction and completion.
• Build relationships with developers, consultants, general contractors, MEP contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Understand project stakeholders, technical requirements, packages, procurement strategy and execution schedules.
• Identify challenges and develop technical and commercial solutions with engineering, construction and commercial teams.
• Develop opportunities for modular support systems, MEP installations, passive fire protection, anchoring and related solutions.
• Work with the Construction Project Manager on complex applications and support customers through execution.
• Deliver presentations, demonstrations, workshops and training; troubleshoot technical and application challenges.
• Coordinate stakeholders, progress opportunities, deliver commitments, build pipeline and develop long-term customer relationships.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in data center construction, mission-critical infrastructure or technically complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the UAE data center construction ecosystem and an established professional network; such a network is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of MEP construction, coordination, project execution and interactions among construction packages.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical requirements and translate them into practical customer solutions.
• Commercial understanding; ability to develop opportunities and manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong project management, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills; confidence engaging technical and commercial decision makers.
• Self-motivated, curious and comfortable in a fast-paced project environment.
