The employer is seeking an experienced Technical Team Manager for a landmark high-rise buildings project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role leads technical coordination, design management, and engineering execution on a large-scale development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the multidisciplinary Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural Technical Team supporting all project sites.
- Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before site issuance.
- Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and hotel brand technical and design standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives on technical and design queries.
- Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across disciplines to support constructability.
- Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams.
- Monitor technical risks and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience delivering high-rise tower developments or mega projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong background in design coordination, technical management, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with international building codes, BIM processes, and modern construction technologies.
- Professional certifications are considered an advantage.
