Job Purpose
The Graphic Designer creates high-quality visual content supporting real estate marketing, branding, property sales, and promotional campaigns.
The role requires strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate property features and brand objectives into compelling visual materials for digital and print platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design creative marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, and property advertisements.
- Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital campaigns, and online advertising.
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Design promotional materials for property launches, real estate exhibitions, sales campaigns, and marketing events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Creators, and Sales Team to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
- Prepare print-ready and digital artwork, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and deadlines while staying updated on design trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or architecture, visual communication, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, advertising, and print design.
- Knowledge of social media design, typography, layout, and print production.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market is an advantage.
