Overview
The Junior Technical Support Engineer will support customers with technical issues related to cybersecurity products and solutions.
They will assist the senior team and help ensure smooth service delivery for the cybersecurity reseller team in Dubai.
Provide first level technical support for cybersecurity products and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues.
Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or management when required.
Assist in maintaining support processes and procedures.
Support documentation of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
