Overview
We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for Cisco video conferencing and collaboration environments.
The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise video conferencing infrastructure, ensuring high availability and excellent user experience across meeting rooms, executive conferencing systems, and hybrid collaboration platforms.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues.
Manage and support Cisco collaboration platforms including CUCM, Expressway, CMS, Webex, and TMS.
Analyze SIP, H.323, WebRTC, and media flow issues.
Diagnose endpoint connectivity, call quality, and network-related issues.
Perform system upgrades, patching, firmware management, and configuration changes.
