The position requires diagnosing and resolving network issues, providing Tier 1 and 2 support, and monitoring security incidents to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Configure and install networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime, provide Tier 1 and 2 support for escalated network/security related issues.
Configure firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems to protect against threats.
Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
