The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, business development, operational excellence, and strategic growth of the valve service workshop. The role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality repair, maintenance, testing, refurbishment, and field service operations while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute the workshop's annual business plan and growth strategy Build strong relationships with ADNOC, EPC contractors, end users, and consultants Oversee all workshop and field service activities Manage workshop budgets, costs, and profitability Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and customer requirements
