Overview
We are seeking a passionate Technical Services Executive to join our design team, reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Servicesspan> based in our Dubai Corporate Office/span>.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the development and design process, ensuring the seamless implementation of Aman s standards and brand objectives.
The successful candidate will contribute to superior design strategies and technical solutions, helping translate design intent into exceptional built outcomes that reflect Aman s commitment to excellence, refinement, and timeless design.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate design activities across internal teams and external consultants.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Develop and monitor project and design program schedules, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawing logs, review comments, and approval records.
- Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs.
- Review and track consultant submissions, including drawings, reports, and material boards.
- Participate in project coordination meetings and assist in providing design and technical services guidance, ensuring adherence to Aman s brand standards and safeguarding the brand s design integrity and promises.
- Manage Technical Service Team Smartsheet project management tool: update schedules updated, track design documentation, coordinating with internal teams.
- Participate in site meetings and support on-site coordination.
