Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of assigned Aman developments, from feasibility to completion.
- Define project delivery strategies aligned with budget, programme, and brand objectives.
- Appoint and manage consultants including architects, engineers and project managers.
- Collaborate closely with Aman Technical Services to integrate brand and design standards.
- Oversee procurement, including contract negotiation and selection of contractors.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, payment schedules and financial reporting.
- Direct value engineering processes and ensure delivery within cost and quality expectations.
- Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners and ownership teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and lead progress reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive operational readiness in the lead-up to handover, ensuring flawless execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years experience in development or project management, ideally within luxury hospitality or residential environments.
- University degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale developments from inception to completion.
- Strong financial oversight capabilities, including capital expenditure (CAPEX) and cash flow forecasting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary international teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Flexible, solutions-focused and comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Culturally aware and collaborative with a high degree of professional integrity.
- Willing and able to travel globally to support projects as required.
