Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Coordinator MEA to join our team, reporting to the Director of Design & Technical Services based in our Dubai Office.
This role plays a key part in managing the quality of the development and design process, ensuring Aman s standards and brand objectives are delivered through thoughtful, high quality design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Attend project coordination workshops, ensure adherence to brand standards, and assist design and engineering consultant teams to develop the approved project design through to the working drawings
- Assist in reviewing design consultant submitted drawings and specifications
- Develop and track project schedules
- Assist in following up on post site visit action items
- Accurately communicate projects status.
- Update the Director of Design & Technical Services on a regular basis and provide projections for all design aspects and program delivery
- Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
- Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs, ensuring archiving of all digital communications and documents.
- Produce meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
