Technical Sales Support Engineer

About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sales & Operations team to support quotation, order processing, and customer service activities.
- Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and customer follow-ups using Excel and ERP/CRM tools.
- Monitor stock availability and liaise with sales team or internal teams for lead time, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in creating and maintaining reports for enquiries, sales order, material availability.
- Communicate with customers and vendors via email and calls to ensure smooth sales and order fulfilment cycles.
- Handle documentation related to product inquiries, vendor communications, and customer project submittals.
- Provide technical and administrative support for product catalogs, specifications, and compliances.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in
Electrical
or
(mandatory)
- **Experience:**
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in electrical distribution or B2B technical sales.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in
Microsoft Excel

- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
