About This Role

Technical Sales Specialist - Banking & Commercial

*Salary to be disclosed on a call + family benefits & schooling!*

*Dubai - Full time in the office*

I am currently partnered with a leading technology solutions provider who is seeking an experienced Presales Specialist to own the technical sales cycle end-to-end from opportunity discovery and solution architecture through proposal, proof-of-concept, and successful closure.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on driving complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity opportunities within large enterprise environments.

The position is ideal for someone with strong

multi-domain technical expertise

combined with commercial awareness and experience engaging with C-level decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to drive technical presales engagements across strategic accounts
  • Engage with customer stakeholders to understand business challenges, technology roadmaps, and security priorities
  • Design and position enterprise solutions across: Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data Center Technologies and Enterprise Networking.
  • Lead technical workshops, presentations, demos, and solution discussions
  • Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and contribute to solution proposals and technical documentation
  • Manage proof-of-concepts, pilots, and technical validations
  • Work closely with vendor and internal delivery teams to support successful project outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and technology expansion
  • Stay updated on market trends across cloud, infrastructure modernization, AI-driven infrastructure, networking, and cyber security

Requirements

  • **7–10+ years of experience within Presales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Sales**
  • **Strong experience**
  • selling or positioning enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience working with banking, financial services, or large enterprise customers within the GCC.
  • Strong technical understanding across areas such as: Virtualization & Data Center Infrastructure, Hybrid & Public Cloud, Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity & Zero Trust, Storage & Compute Platforms
  • Experience supporting complex multi-vendor opportunities
  • Commercially aware with the ability to align technology solutions to business value
