Job Description

  • NMK Electronics, a Midwich Group company, stands at the forefront of the professional AV industry in the Middle East.
  • The Epson Technical Sales Specialist is a joint Epson and NMK funded role based within, and reporting directly to, NMK management.
  • The primary purpose is to drive sales growth, increase market share, and provide technical expertise for the manufacturer's professional AV solutions across the distributor's reseller and integrator network.
  • The role is based in and focused on KSA, but there may be requirements to support other countries in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Drive revenue growth for the Epson HBR and Algeria Series product portfolio; Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through NMK’s reseller and integrator network; Support NMK’s sales team in achieving agreed sales targets; Develop and execute account plans for k
  • Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with Epson and NMK's pre sales team to shape and present proposals; Recommend appropriate Epson products based on customer requirements; Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof of concept solutions; Support complex quotations and projec
  • Partner Enablement: Conduct product training for NMK staff and reseller partners; Develop relationships with consultants, system integrators, and key decision makers; Promote best practices and technical standards across the channel.
  • Business Development: Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends; Work collaboratively with Epson to execute sales campaigns and strategic initiatives; Support product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events; Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline using CRM t
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Represent Epson's brand professionally within NMK; Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and activity reports; Participate in quarterly business reviews; Ensure alignment with agreed sales objectives and marketing initiatives.

Education, Experience, and Key Requirements

  • Essential: 3–5 years' experience in professional Audio Visual industry; Strong understanding of AV technologies including displays, audio systems, control systems, media servers, networking, and AV over IP; Proven experience supporting technical sales and solution design; Excellent presentation and
