Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Description

What You'Ll Do

• Work closely with sales teams, consultants, and customers to understand technical requirements and define the right solution from the outset
• Design integrated technology solutions across AV, Unified Communications, Broadcast, Control Systems, Digital Signage, and Smart Building technologies, ensuring functionality, scalability, and compliance with industry standards
• Develop system architectures, signal flow diagrams, network topologies, rack elevations, and infrastructure requirements
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, scopes of work, bills of materials, compliance statements, and tender documentation
• Review consultant specifications and tender requirements, developing fully compliant technical responses
• Support quotation development with accurate equipment selections, engineering calculations, and project assumptions
• Present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences from system integrators to C-suite stakeholders
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Support the handover from pre-sales to delivery teams, ensuring technical accuracy and project readiness
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices — acting as a technical ambassador for NMK in the market

What We'Re Looking For

• 7+ years in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Senior AV Engineering role
• Deep knowledge across professional audio, AV-over-IP, UC platforms, control systems, and broadcast technologies
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio, Vectorworks, EASE, or Q-SYS Designer
• Strong communicator, equally comfortable in a design review or a boardroom presentation
