We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Officer with experience in rope access or specialized technical services.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.
**Location:** UAE**Salary:** AED 4,000 - AED 6,000
**Requirement:** Valid UAE Driving License (or in progress)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in rope access and specialized technical services.
- Promote and sell services such as façade cleaning and high-rise maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in construction, facilities management, and related industries.
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client communications.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in UAE, preferably in rope access, construction, or facilities management services.
- Strong technical knowledge of rope access services or willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
