Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs. You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales consultation, solution development, and post-sales support—helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction by demonstrating the technical value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Sales Support: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
- Product Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to explain products or services to customers.
- Solution Design: Work with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions.
- Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, tenders, and technical documentation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate between the sales team, technical teams, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
