Technical Sales Manager – Companion Animals (Middle East)
About This Role
Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager – Companion Animals to drive both technical support and sales growth across the Middle East. The role will play a key part in strengthening product knowledge, supporting commercial performance, and building strong relationships within the veterinary companion animal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical training and product education to customers, veterinarians, and internal sales teams
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and technical positioning of companion animal products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Provide technical support and solutions for customer queries and product-related issues
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives
- Act as a technical advisor to ensure correct product usage and customer satisfaction across the region
- Gather market feedback and provide insights to support product development and strategy
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree is mandatory
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical support for veterinary products , with strong focus on the companion animal segment
- Experience in GCC and/or Egypt markets is highly preferred
- Strong hands-on clinical knowledge and practical experience with companion animals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and commercial audiences
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Technical departments)
- Additional qualifications such as MVSc, MSc, or PhD are highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
