Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales Representative to support the growth of our IT solutions business.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying and engaging new prospects, and advising businesses on CRM builds and tailored technology solutions.
This role combines relationship management with proactive outreach and requires confidence in discussing CRM systems and digital solutions with business owners and decision makers.
Client Account Management
o Manage relationships with existing clients who have implemented CRM or IT solutions.
o Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries, support requests, and upgrade opportunities.
o Identify opportunities to expand solutions or introduce additional services.
o Maintain regular communication to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development And Sales
o Proactively identify and outreach to new prospective clients.
Consult with businesses to understand operational needs and recommend suitable CRM builds or IT solutions.
o Present and explain CRM systems and workflow improvements in a clear and confident manner.
o Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Crm Solutions Advisory
o Advise clients on CRM implementation, optimization, and system capabilities.
o Support clients in understanding how CRM solutions can improve their operational efficiency and sales processes.
o Stay informed on CRM technologies and recommend the most appropriate platform for each client’s requirements.
Qualifications And Skills Education And Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
o Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development within IT, SaaS, or CRM solutions.
o Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
o Experience advising businesses on CRM or operational systems is advantageous.
Skills And Competencies
o Advanced knowledge of
Zoho One
is required.
o Familiarity with other CRM or business platforms is advantageous.
o Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
o Confident in prospect outreach and consultative selling.
o Highly organised with strong ownership and accountability.
o Ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
This position will offer a base salary plus commission structure.
