About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled **Technical Sales Engineer (minimum 2 years of relevant experience must)** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs.
You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales consultation, solution development, and post-sales support helping to drive sales and customer satisfaction by demonstrating the technical value of our products and services.
Candidate with UAE driving license preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- **Technical Sales Support**: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
- **Product Presentations & Demos**: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to explain products or services to customers.
- **Solution Design**: Work with engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions.
- **Quotation & Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and follow up on commercial offers, tenders, and technical documentation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate between the sales team, technical teams, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
