Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Technical Sales Engineer.
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, developing customized technical solutions, and effectively communicating product benefits to clients.
Daily tasks include preparing technical presentations, collaborating with engineering and sales teams, maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their needs, and providing after-sales technical support.
Additionally, this role involves conducting market research to identify new opportunities and suggesting strategies for improving product offerings.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in engineering concepts, product solutions, and conducting technical presentations
- Sales and client relationship management experience with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform market research, identify opportunities, and formulate strategic solutions
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used in technical sales and engineering
- Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Experience in the energy industry or related technical fields is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage
