About This Role
Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Chemicals
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Overview:
Seeking a technical sales engineer with strong experience in oil & gas chemicals, focused on driving sales, managing key accounts, and developing new business across the UAE (ADNOC exposure preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business within O&G sector (upstream/downstream)
• Manage full sales cycle – lead generation to closing
• Handle tendering, costing & technical/commercial proposals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Identify suppliers & expand product portfolio
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering or Chemistry
• 5+ years in technical sales of O&G chemicals
• Strong UAE market network (operators/EPCs/service companies)
• Experience with ADNOC processes & tendering
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• UAE driving licence
