Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Technical Recruiter to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates efficiently
- Manage multiple IT positions within tight deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes
- Experience sourcing candidates for software, infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and other IT roles
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Non-IT recruitment experience will be an added advantage
