About the Role
KSN Technologies is looking for experienced Technical Recruiters to support our growing UAE/GCC IT hiring operations in Dubai.
We are seeking dynamic recruitment professionals with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing IT talent acquisition across multiple technologies and client environments.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities, ATS management experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Candidates currently based in UAE as well as candidates from India willing to relocate to Dubai are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions across UAE/GCC markets
- Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable technical candidates
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, GulfTalent, Indeed, referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Screen candidate profiles based on technical skills, communication, experience, project background, and role fitment
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/client interviews
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals
- Coordinate with hiring managers, account managers, and clients for faster closures
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, and ATS updates
- Ensure timely delivery against assigned hiring targets and recruitment timelines
