Technical Project Manager (Public Sector)

Team and role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver suitable solutions.
• Help customers succeed through best practices, portfolio offerings, and long-term strategy development.
• Partner cross-functionally to review integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service, and support customer engagement.
• Contribute to internal projects that improve best practices, methodology, and integration quality.
• Build close customer relationships and help tackle complex internet challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Customer-facing experience in the information technology industry.
• Familiarity with internet technologies and protocols such as DNS, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and contingency planning skills.
• Experience managing and delivering large technical customer projects and influencing stakeholders across teams.
• Security clearance is preferred, not required.

Compensation

• Base salary ranges from CAD 70,600 to CAD 127,000 per year.
• The compensation package may include annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an employee stock purchase plan.
