Strategy & Operations Analyst II

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and understand key business metrics with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams.
• Automate reporting and enable self-service access to key metrics.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and models for analytics use cases.
• Write queries and combine data from multiple sources.
• Share insights through visualizations and reports.
• Support teams including Regional Planning, Global Capacity Planning, Colocation, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics, plus a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for basic analysis and QA tasks; experience with data and system integrations.
• Knowledge of building dashboards with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience using AI developer tools such as Copilot or Claude in day-to-day operations.
• Solid communication skills for translating requirements and sharing findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, or willingness to learn.

Compensation

• For US-based candidates, base salary ranges from $88,900 to $160,100 per year.
• Compensation may also include annual bonus or incentives, equity awards, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
