Role and team

Sales systems and data integrity

• Maintain Salesforce CRM and Partner Portal integrity by identifying inconsistencies and implementing scalable data-cleanup frameworks.
• Research Agentic AI use cases with Agentforce to reduce administrative workload for sales representatives.
• Create Salesforce dashboards and Tableau Next visualizations that give leadership actionable, fact-based insights.

Processes and documentation

• Design repeatable processes and evaluate API integration opportunities to streamline deal registration and pipeline visibility.
• Collect feedback on Salesforce Dynamic Forms to simplify the internal user experience for global sellers.
• Write and maintain high-quality documentation and keep the GTM Playbook up to date so global stakeholders can understand and use system workflows.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
• The role calls for analyzing the reasons behind data and recommending structural changes aligned with the 2026 Roadmap.
• Candidates should be interested in how emerging technology such as Agentforce can transform a global go-to-market ecosystem.
• Candidates should collaborate across Sales Operations, IT, and Product and work confidently within a complex global organization.
• The intern should create high-quality documentation that remains a reliable source of truth beyond the internship.

Work arrangement

• The role is flexible and may be performed from home and/or the local Akamai office in the advertised country; available arrangements can be discussed with the recruiter.
