Own and continuously improve the internal tools and platforms used by Udrive teams.
Work with business and engineering teams to understand operational needs, improve workflows, define requirements, and deliver system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage internal tools, dashboards, and operational platforms.
- Understand internal workflows, pain points, and business requirements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements; maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Coordinate with Engineering through development, testing, and release, including user acceptance testing.
- Identify process automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage integrations and dependencies between internal and third-party systems.
- Gather user feedback, improve usability, and track impact through adoption, efficiency, processing time, and other KPIs.
- Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and releases to stakeholders.
Required skills and experience
- At least three years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management.
- Good understanding of software development, Agile methodologies, APIs, integrations, databases, and system workflows.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical requirements and manage priorities through delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working closely with software developers and technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience managing internal or operational platforms.
- Experience with CRM, customer service, fleet management, operations, analytics, or workflow systems.
- Experience with process automation and third-party integrations.
- Background in mobility, automotive, logistics, fintech, or other technology-driven businesses.
