Role overview

Lead strategy, development, and go-to-market execution of data products in the insurance domain.

The role combines product ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on collaboration with engineering and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enabled solutions.
  • Define what the platform should build and why, based on business and user problems.
  • Define and track product OKRs and KPIs and drive the team to achieve them.
  • Drive go-to-market awareness and excitement for the platform across enterprise teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to build, validate, and showcase proofs of concept and demos.
  • Translate business problems into product requirements and user stories.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure products align with BFS regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of product management experience in technology or enterprise environments.
  • Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
  • Tableau experience and intermediate Power BI skills, including dashboards, workspaces, publishing, and basic DAX.
  • Experience with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong business analyst skills, including requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong executive and technical communication skills and ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience driving products or solutions end-to-end in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
