About the role

Key responsibilities

• Own overall engagement delivery, aligning project scope, timelines, commercial agreements, and quality standards.
• Drive scope management and stakeholder engagement across complex organizations and multiple workstreams.
• Oversee fulfillment, staffing allocations, risk management, and issue escalation with internal operational teams.
• Facilitate Executive Steering Committee sessions, Quarterly Business Reviews, and weekly operational connects.
• Review engagement health with client executives and internal leadership, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain touchpoints with client executive sponsors, steering committee members, program managers, and business function leads.
• Coordinate with internal executive leadership, Client Partners, Tech Partners, and Program Management Offices.
• Act as the key escalation channel for project-level risks and support rapid resolution and client satisfaction.

Required qualifications and experience

• 18 to 20 years of professional experience, operating at Director or Senior Director level.
• Consulting-stream fit based on technical and strategic fitment.
• Extensive experience managing major client relationships and delivering technology or consulting programs in the Middle East.
• Prior experience handling clients in the UAE or GCC is required.
• Strong scope management, enterprise stakeholder handling, and ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies.
• Exceptional executive communication, commercial acumen, and leadership presence.

Skills and preferred background

• Familiarity with program contexts involving Agentic AI platforms, Generative AI use cases, and advanced data solutions.
• Real estate or construction domain experience or exposure is a significant advantage.
